The recording is originating directly from the repeater via the digital voice recorder on our Cat700 controller. So the repeater call sign must be used. Thanks.

Thanks for the many responses. After reading the answers I would like to clarify my question. It is not the repeater ID. It is club event announcements or ARES meeting reminders that are voice recorded by some of our club members and then replayed on a schedule over our club repeater. Would you use the club ID or the member's ID at the end of transmission?

What call sign ID is usually used on a repeater when making voice recorded announcements? The club station ID or the ham's ID making the recording?

eHam Forums / Clubs / Tax exempt status 501(c)(3) for local ARES group

I am appying for tax exempt status 501(c)(3) for our local ARES group so we can accept tax exempt donations. Has anyone already done this and if so what advice do you offer? Are you a "Public Charity", "Private Foundation" or "Private Operating Foundation"? Are you "Incorporated" or an "Unicorporated Association? We do not have the funds to pay professionals.

I too am just starting to study for General. Almost all of the "All of these choices" are the correct answer. I look for key words in one of the answers that is not in the other three.
