Just wanted to let everyone know that GigaParts is an outstanding place to do business with.  I ordered a Yaesu FT450 from them and it was bad out of the box.  They have a seven day return policy and they gave me full credit on trade in on a FT897.  They were very nice and professional on the phone and in their e-mails.  If you need to buy something, there prices are very good so give them a try.  Not affiliated with them, I'm just a very SATISFIED customer.

Thankfully, I live less then 30 minutes from them.  (They're in Alabama...I'm in Tennessee)

I've ordered numerous items from them and never waited any longer than it too UPS to get it to my doorstep.  I've never had a service issue or returns issue with them.

Also, GigaParts will ship free for orders over $200.00.

Plus the Sweepstakes program is a lot of fun!

Hi guys !

I a have question for you guys !

I'm looking for  an wire antenna dipole to fit my lott trees are only 30 ft my lot is so small only can fit 34 ft wire on both side ! and wanted to do 80 not only 20 and 40 as well !

I use check badger weather net on but unble to check in for 2 years ! here the band i like to get on 20,40,80 plus i have tuner so i can tune down lower band on cw for all 3 of bands !

I ran out of idea plus i don't want the wires get to close trees make the swr go up like others did yes same problem for some reason it does not like get too close trees ! dunno why i had 2 difference did same vary thing g5rv did and now carolina windom.

I can only listening but can't transmit, i have mfj 962 D

Guys,

I hearing slow code 7 to 10 wpm on 7.115 last night and today i know theres lotta guys are new to cw and hard of hearing like myself ! i'm going to use headphone to hear cw,i'm going to start out maybe 7 and maybe try 10 depand how well i can copy, problem is i cant write fast enuff ! it going take time get code down 2 things i use

1.KOCH program
2. on my way to work and going home ! listening cd called:rhtym of the code

So this way i can stay on top of it ! sooner or later or when ever i'm ready to send out code ,i'm going to start slow and work my way to 10 wpm.

I know i can do this ! But it will take long to relearn the code again !  Undecided
