My sb-220 has no HV.  82 ohm resistor is suspect...Filament voltage ok....what does anyone think?

N3JBH, many thanks for the inspiration.  I am presently on two searches, one for the people who make the lamps and two-anyone with dead or dying large vacuum tubes.  I would consider it a pleasure to try and build my own, not to mention satisfaction.  73's and hope to see you on the air, CW FOREVER!!
