Hi. Great site, fellas! New to Ham Radio here. Studying to get my Technician or General soon. I have a bit of a problem, though. I have two identical Icom H19 handy talkies that I need to re-program, but I can't locate a cloning cable or software to do so. Does anyone know where scuh items might be had? I have searched everywhere I can think of, both online and off. The best I have come up with are some Icom part numbers. They are:

ICOM EX-1211-1   Windows radio programming software for H18, H19, U18, requires EX-1196

ICOM OPC-298      Cloning cable EX-704, EX-1196 to V220, U220

Can anyone here help, please?
