eHam Forums / Computers And Software / Kenwood TM-D700 software bug?

I modified my TM-D700E to TX and RX outside the HAM Band as I own licenses for frequencies at 149.0375Mhz>
I would like to use the MCP-D700 software from Kenwood to program the radio but it keeps on rounding my frequencies to 145.545 or something like that when I am trying to enter 149.0375 into the software!(Because 149.0375 is percieved to be out-off-band?)
I know Icom software reads the TX and RX limits from the radio and allow you to program outside the band if the radio is modified and capable! Is the Kenwood the same or what should I do to fix this perceived bug in the software???
