Hello. I don't know what you want to do with the serial port but CWPlayer keys the serial port (and the LPT also), either DTR or RTS or both. Just note that this software is rather dedicated for learning and training the Morse code than DXing ! Maybe this won't do the job ...This software may be downloaded from this site (original version) :

A new release of Sat_Explorer is available on the Net.
Release 2.7.0 includes a TCPIP server that will allow developpers under Linux, Mac, Unix ... to gather tracking data for their own antenna tracking software.
Network specialists may now route tracking data on local networks or on the Internet.
