Over the years, my experience with Array Solutions has always been excellent. They carry high quality products; their customer service is second to none. And they stand behind their products.

Regarding the latter, consider this example:

My 10-year-old Rat Pak developed an intermittent problem in the Relay Box: apparently, for all these years, the coax cables were pulling on the connectors, causing them to "wallow" out the inside of the SO-239's and make them intermittent. Array Solutions recommended that I "strain relief" the the coaxial cables going into the Rat Pak.

Also, Array Solutions decided to send me a brand new Relay Box to replace the decade-old one that I had.

What other company would do that?
