I was using echolink which worked perfectly with a dial up connection.  I have since changed to jet stream and having nothing but problems trying to connect.  Have run the echolink troubleshooter which says "UDP 5198 test failed".  There is obviously a firewall problem within computer.  Am running windows firewall and have gone to stage of temporarily disconnecting firewall however problem remains.
Anybody got any idea's?
