I would like to contact clubs/site managers who are fortunate (or unfortunate) enough to own, operate, manage, a ham-majority/-exclusive repeater site - a purchased or leased commercial (abandoned?) site.
Have an opportunity to take on a once-commercial, now empty site before it is closed down, considering running it as a non-/low-profit for hams only/mostly - so I want to review business models, 'co-op', insurance costs, etc. to keep it a viable, legal, safe operation and haven for good hams who can't find or afford commercial rates. (yes, OSHA, local hazmat, compliance etc.)
