Hello. I'm a new ham and can't figure out what these plus/negative/up/down items mean.
example frequency:145.325+, or 145.325-, or 440.500 up.600, or 440.500 up, or 440.500 down?
I'm sure the answer is staring me in the face, but some help would be appreciated.
