I am currently using my Knwd TS-2000 to do PSK with a rigblaster between my rig and my computers sound card. I would like to know if I can use the same setup with Writelog to do RTTY? Anyone using this setup or know if this is possible? Thank You,

eHam Forums / Elmers / Connecting a TS-2000 Kenwood to a rigblaster

Can you use a Rigblaster configured for a Kenwood TS-2000 (8Pin screw on mike) as an interface with a soundcard to do PSK 31. I have used one with my IC-756 Pro and no problem, but the Kenwood owners manual refers to using the ACC 2 for this? I have the jumper configurations so that is no problem, but what is the story on this? Thanks for any info.

Hi All,
I recently acquired a Kam 98. It works fine once it warms up. I thought this was odd as I have had Kam Plus and Kam All Modes and never had to wait for them to warm up before working RTTY. It takes from between 11 to 13 minutes for the receive LED to begin to blink before it will print on my screen. In that time it will start to blink and become more rapid and finally will come on and stay on. As it begins to blink it will print a letter or a few at a time and once it is on it prints fine. Has anyone else experienced this and is there something that can be done to correct it. Appreciate any help on this. 73,
W3MEL Mel
