Seperate send/rec windows in PSK31 software

Hello all,
Let me start by stating I AM A DIGITAL IDIOT! I am  taking the PSK31 plunge looking forward to field day. I was reading on the PSK31 "official page" that PSK keys the radio as soon as you start typing. Is there software available that will allow you to type your next transmission while you are recieving the other end and then hit a "send" button? This would be very useful in roundtable ragchews. I am typing impared  and would hate to waste bandspace waiting for my fingers to digitize my thoughts. Also "hot keys" for your call, location, etc. would be nice.Auto logging maybe? What else can some of the "other" PSK software do?

the program lets you use default macros
or create and edit them to your needs.

there are RX and TX windows so
you can compose your messages while you
are receiving and then send when you are ready.

I will look at those now.
I am planning to build my own interface but I have not bought my "field day rig" yet, which will become the dedicated PSK31 rig in the shack.
I have a 746Pro and an IC-7000 in the shack but I do not want to use either for field day.
