  i worked a jw8 a few weeks ago from my qth in du1..and i need to know if this is a true jw8 from jan island,and also how i can send qsl card to him...

Most JW callsigns are issued to Norwegians with the same number and suffix for Svalbard operations (for example, LA7XYZ is issued the callsign JW7XYZ; LA1ABC is issued the callsign JW1XYZ).

So I would check out the LA8 with the same suffix as the QSL route for the station.
