QSL card via "Registered Mail" with SASE: NO IRC'S (ONLY GREEN STAMPS).
Rec'd my card from Tripoli, it took 18 mo.  good luck.

If you're referring to Abubaker (5A1A) I sent the letter via registered mail w/$5 greenstamp. Got the card back after about 7-8 months.

I sent off in 2-99 registered mail with a $5 green stamp and have received nada. Need the card to confirm DXCC # 328 for me. I'm hoping for some Germans or Italians to go back there. About the only way I see to get a card.
Good Luck

Abubaker is a very good QSLer...It may be that your letter got lost along the way. Don't give up on him...If you want to cut down on the cost, try using WF5E QSL service. I know several people who got their cards from 5A1A that way.

Sent my QSL card to Abubaker, 5A1A two months ago, they can not use IRC's and green stamps are required.  Didn't know that I'd have to wait that long!  Glad to know, so thanks to the others for the info.  Too bad he can't get a stateside QSL manager.  I QSL manage for many DX stations and have offered my services as manager to Abubaker, but they like the green stamps HI.  Good luck on the card....73 Tim, WD9DZV

I must correct my previous statement concerning WF5E QSL Service. He does not, according to his website, accept 5A1A cards. Only way to get them is via registered mail & greenstamp.
