Guys..

I am trying to find a valid QSL route for 5B4/R3CC.

Is this really Ra3CC?  Is the QRZ.com address ok?

This will complete a 3 band DXCC for me.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts

call is correct. QSL via
5B4/R3CC
P.O. Box 32
Voronezh, 394048
Russian Federation

You may try via UA3QDX. He was one of the OP's and lives in Voronezh. Look for him under buck.com/call and you find an e-mail address to ask.
regards Holger
