A station I contacted in the recent DX contest has this item under "QSL Mgr" at QRZ.com:  "CBA or via Buro." Via buro I understand, and would prefer not (it's a new one on two bands). Anyone know what "CBA" might mean in this context?  Tnx, Stan WA6ST
