Update, I recently got a great deal on a new Intel 535 240 gig SSD and got it for 59 bucks. I cloned the 7200 rpm drive I installed in Asus netbook several months ago when the SSD I had for it then did not fit because it was more than 7mm thick. New drive fit fine and I got it up and running today. At moment not a big noticeable increase in daily operation vs 7200 rpm drive with 32 meg cache. Jury is still out. Virus scan is quicker. I will say it is more power efficient as it barely got warm to touch during cloning process so it should improve run time a bit.

Without a HD or SSD there is no running computer or place for software on it. Some just like to try to stir pot because THEIR underwear is too tight.
