All your problems are caused through the BCM (body control module) located on most GMs by driver side brake or clutch pedal under dash. Put RFI chokes on leads at that module and problem will go away. These modules have had problems for years. Even a bad plug wire will cause these things to act weird.

Main wiring harness to rear of truck for ABS and lighting is on drivers side too and I would not locate antenna on that side in rear or run coax down that side either.
