Hi: I am building a
"go-box" and need a small wire/screen vent type cover such as found on the rear of many pieces of equipment...Maybe 2-3 inches square that can be screw mounted onto the box to allow the ventilation fan of my power supply to vent to the outside...Have not been able to find a source...Any referrals appreciated! Thanks,

I bought four fans and screens (sold separately) at a hamfest last year from a vendor called Hi Tech Liquidators.  They don't seem to have a website, but do have a Yelp entry locating them in Costa Mesa, CA. At least, I think that's them...

Try allelectronics.com, digkey.com, alliedelec.com, mouser.com, jameco.com, Newark.com.

Try this;

http://www.coolcomponents.com/cabinetventing

and if you just want the vent, no powered fan;

Just go to the local hardware store and ask for 1/4" galvanized hardware cloth (screen)... has 1/4" square openings.   Most stores will cut you however much you want (which in your case is not much) so you don't have to buy a whole roll.
