As noted on The Briefing Room site http://arc.tzo.com/tbr/ for Sept 2nd ....

"HAM RADIO: Brush Up on Code! Morse Code is no longer a requirment to become a Ham, but its still fun to copy a lot of what the old timers are chatting about. Google Chrome makes it easy to learn and practice reading morse code with the MorseChrome extension. Just highlight any displayed text and click send."

MorseChrome - At the Chrome Web Store
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/morse-chrome/mcgjcnemliplogmakfelldipnhbpnmob?hl=en-US

Once installed, Options include Morse Settings to change sending speed from 10 to 50 wpm.

To use, highlight text to be sent, right click mouse and select "Play Morse" from drop-down menu to start.

Enjoy!

Wow!!! Just what I needed
was having trouble finding stations on the air slow enough for me to practice my copying skills or lack of.
This fills the bill.

Great Job
