The Bouvet website lists 14.185 as their 20 meter operating refquency. I’m assuming they will also be operating in the General band plan??

They may occasionally listen for General Class above 14.225, but 14.185 (or close to it) is their stated TX frequency for 20M Phone.  Follow the Ops direction as to where he'll be listening.  Could be up 5 to 25 UP, or maybe above 225 - only the Shadow knows.

Whether intended or not, that is a great play on words (heard vs. herd)!

If one is a serious DX chaser one needs an Extra class license. That is why the extra segments are structured the way they are.
