Portable Computer/Rig Hookup

I have a 386 color laptop at 25 Mhz with windows 3.1 and I wanted to send and recieve RTTY/data and hopefully SSTV images on it with a pc ready HT.  The computer has ports on the back (parallel/serial ports) and how can I get a External TNC and some software on a floppy(3.5inch).  I really just want RTTY in it, but SSTV would be neat.  Who can I contact and will this setup work?
Let me know because im interested in portable data transmissions via computer.

  One possibility for you is using the Tigertronics
BP2M modem with some software.  This little level
converter (which is really what this little gem
is) supports LOTS of different software, tho most of
them is DOS, I think one or two might run under 3.1.
