Hello,

I recently upgraded to an Icom IC-T81A HT, from a Yaseu FT411. What I am looking for is an adaptor that will allow me to connect my BNC antennas to this radio. I would also appreciate the name of this connector.

Thanks in advance.

It has an "SMA" connector.  Just look for "female SMA to male BNC" adapters.

You can use a one piece adapter or a short 1 to 2 foot cable.  I prefer the short cable, places less potential stress on the HT's connector.

Cable X-Perts has a number of pre-assembled models just for this purpose.
