I recently purchased another SB-200 linear. The large and small knobs on the front panel are really scratched. It's going to need some cosmetic TLC. I also plan to do the Harbach mods. Is there a source for these knobs and the rear phono jacks?

The rear phono jacks aren't, but the knobs are a problem.

The center disks are glued on and have a varnish coat. Sometimes.....you can heat the knobs with a hairdryer and get the disks to come off. They then can be cleaned and refinished. The last knobs I did, I used steel wool to reburnish them.

As for the jacks, those are available from Digi-Key.

The mods are fine, but for about $5 you can make a low-voltage/current mod for the keying yourself.

The hardest problem you're going to have is finding the filter caps. Far Circuits makes a new board to replace the old filter and diode unit. It is worth the money.

Keep an eye on eBay for knobs and the aluminum inserts (which are available - Collins and Heath mail reflectors)
