Anyone know what the tube number is
on the small tube is inside a Courier
BL-100? I've tried the "freeze 'n read"
method and there is nothing to read.
I hope to get one going on 6m- I notice
two taps on the tank coil.....? Searches
on the internet come up with only pay
sites. I'd like to process the tubes I
have available on my tube tester before
plugging the thing in and getting a major
disappointment. Anyone have any info?
Thanks, -Web Williams in Myrtle Beach, SC

The "small" tube in that amp is a 12AU7. For future reference on the sweep tube amps: www.cbtricks.com.
