Hello, does anybody know how to check status of the H.R. 4720 bill (the one that would provide relief from antenna restrictive covenants)?  It's been over a year since the bill was introduced but I can't find any recent news about it.  73!  Vasiliy

H. R. 4720 was a bill introduced during the last Congress.  Rep. Israel and the other sponsors reintroduced the same bill in this Congress.  The new number is H. R. 1478.  The following information is from www.house.gov:

H.R.1478
Title: To provide that private land use rules be treated as State or local regulation for purposes of certain Federal Communications Commission regulations.
Sponsor: Rep Israel, Steve [NY-2] (introduced 3/27/2003)       Cosponsors: 29
Latest Major Action: 4/10/2003  Referred to House subcommittee. Status: Referred to the Subcommittee on Telecommunications and the Internet
