Auto GPS Navigation Systems - I/O for APRS?

We're considering buying a new vehicle with an installed GPS based navigation system.  Wonder if anyone has interfaced any of these manufacturer installed systems into their APRS setup?

Depends on who made it. The later Alpine units have auxiliary outputs, as do the aftermarket Garmin units. If any others do I'm unaware of it.

The Alpine unit in my Acura does have the auxiliary port, but I've never investigated what all it supplies.
