Try AF4K (just google that call sign) -- he might have something for you.  I bought a crystal from him recently.  He's easy to deal with and takes Paypal.

There are a number of crystal makers that would have the formula for your rig and woul dbe glad to make and sell you a new crystal.  The best out there, and probably also the most expensive, is International Crystal Manufacturing (ICM) in Tulsa, OK.  Other reputable vendors are Bomar Crystals in New Jersey and Crystek in Ft. Myers, FL.  The one to avoid is Jan Crystals.  I've gotten some pretty poor rocks from them.
