Hi...
Just bought a mint L-7 Drake one owner S/N:3161 with the orginal Eimac's... With 100 watts drive we get 1000 watts out, but the plate voltage says 2400vdc on ssb and 1700vdc on cw...Under load 2200vdc and about 600 mills plate on ssb... about 1320 watts input so think the meters are reading about 200 vdc low..Is this about right for this amp any help would be appreciated...
