Could hear someone in NJ a couple of hours ago, but CHU is silent. Are they broken or am I?

Just wondering if anyone else can hear them or not.

Thanks!

It's called "Propagation".

Constantly changing, even from minute to minute.  Check out the propagtion resources on the bar at left under the Operating header.       Smiley

It might well be propagation, but it's worth noting that CHU, or at least its 7335 kHz service, was threatened with closure last fall.

CHU should still be on the air, according to their website.

Heard a ham say that they only went off because they didn't pay the electric bill.
