I am using Tigertronics SignaLink SL1+USB Interface with my Yaesu FT-2000 and DigiPan software. I used to see the signal on the waterfall in yellow and now it is blue and it is hard to see the signal. I do not know how to get back to a yellow bar on the waterfall as before. Please help. It sounds like you have the audio in to your computer set too low somehow...

Make sure you your sound input (mic or line in) is selected and at a appropriate level.

In DigiPan look under "configure" and then "waterfall drive".

QuickMix is a simple applet that allows you to store all or part of the current state of your audio mixer in a settings file, and to restore the mixer to that state whenever you want.  QuickMix is freeware.

Check your manual it states exactly what to do when you have this problem. You probably have to open up the unit and add another jumper or raise the fixed audio setting higher. Your RX level is normally set to 50%   Bill
