twitter.com is one of new websites that has a sole purpose of setting your current status (in 190 characters or less). It seems to become very popular with a "younger" generation. It has a framework that allows to follow statuses of other people, search, set location, etc, as well as an API.
I thought, well this might be a perfect place to post the APRS message. I wrote a perl script that parses my own packets from aprs stream and updates twitter. here is what came out:
