I need to recalibrate the S-meter of the TR-751 VHF all-mode rig, but its service manual refers to dB, instead of the common dBm or so.
Specifically, it says that the Signal Generator should be set to:
  1) 0  dB  for the first indication point

  2) 30 dB  for the second check point

Does anyone know ,how could I express these values to dBm or any other value commonly used , calibrating the S-meter the right way?

thank you.
