Hello,

I dont receive paper QST magazine since I'm not a member of ARRL (I'm not sure if foreign call holder can be?).

Can please someone send me a scanned copy of this months article '20m band moxon antenna'?

I would be grateful until I die Wink

If you contact the ARRL they will send you a photocopy for a nominal fee.

Go to the W4RNL website.  He has lots of info there on the Moxon antenna.  You'll have to generate a user name and password to get into the website, but it's free.

Hello Aadu,

Real Hams don't look for compensation from anyone in my opinion especially when it can be found for free.

Here's a link that is rich in information on moxon antennas. You will find plenty of 20m moxon projects in here plus other bands and in multiple elements. I too have run moxons and their great antennas.

If you still don't find what your looking for which I can't see happening I'll glad get you the ARRL version. Free!

Its a violation of copyright law to scan a QST article and send it to someone without first getting ARRL permission.

N2RRA - trust me, I'm not looking for any 'compensation' here by asking for a copy of one particular article. I'm very well aware of web resources covering moxon antenna topics and have gone through most of them. Since I'm building my own moxon I really wanted to read that article.

AA4PB - yes, perhaps it is against a law to send a copy of an article. When you buy a magazine and your neighbor wants to read an article from it (assuming there is NO WAY he can buy his own copy) - will you tell him the same copyright law story?

Thank god there are more open minded hams out there and I sincerely want to thank them! Hams helping hams - that's a true ham spirit. At least for me.

73s & God bless from Estonia.

Loaning a publication to someone is perfectly legal.

maybe ES1TU can send the scanned article back to N2RRA when he is done.
Problem solved folks.

It's a typical eham rag-chewing :-)
