FTdx560 - transmitting on 10 MHz band?

Wondering if anyone has modified an old FTdx560 to transmit on 10 MHz band? My unit hears fine (on the WWV position)... Goes into transmit mode, but of course no carrier, etc. Just wondering if this would be feasible without butchery.

I did install the 30m kit into an FT-901 and into the FL-101/FR-101D twins.  If the FT-DX560 is anything like the '901 you are looking at some significant surgery to make it work, as in adding components to create a 30m bandpass filter.  The '101 took less work.

Do you have the old Fox Tango newsletters?  If not take a look at picking up the CD-ROM for them.  There are lots of articles about adding the WARC bands to old Yaesu rigs.  I don't remember if there is one on the FT-DX560 specifically but articles on other Yaesu rigs of the era would give you ideas on what likely needs to be done.
