Looking for a company that can supply stainless steel U Bolts and Chain Lap Links. Hopefully, there won't be a minimum number that must be bought. I'll appreciate it.

Any decent hardware store, including Lowes and Home Depot, should have both of them - unless you want a very large number of them.

They are not rare or speciality items.

Check McMaster Carr http://www.mcmaster.com
MSC Industrial Supply http://www.mscdirect.com too.

These guys are roughly the mechanical equivalent of Mouser & Digikey. Great sources for all sorts of odd hardware, raw materials, tools, plant maintenance supplies, etc.

I don't believe you'll find stainless steel u-bolts at the big box home improvement stores. You can get u-bolts alrgiht...just not in stainless.

I've had good luck with DX engineering. They have all storts of stuff for antenna work. Including the PVC end caps used on antenna booms and elements.

Bolt Depot comes highly recommended. Been using them since their inception, and for twenty years before that when they were Cazeault's Hardware.

Good people -- and marine specialists, if you're doing antenna work in coastal climes.

Bought 'em in Baltmore and bought 'em here in Naugatuck. Not necessarily a large selection, but they had the common sizes.

This may not hold true for all areas, I admit, but it does seem true if you are close to sailing country.
