My Quansheng TG-UV-2 dual band handheld is about 6 months old and works wonderfully except that I am ready to add some new channels to the memory.  Using the same software and the same cable I used when I first got the transceiver I cannot get it to write to the radio.  I have tried every USB port on my computer but none of them seem to work.  Not only that I am unable to use the key pad to enter any frequencies.  Where am I amking my mistakes, anyone have any sugestions?

You may have locked the keypad.
The USB driver is a common problem with all these radios, not only yours.
I recommend joining the TG-UV-2 Yahoo group. There you'll find information.
