How do I set this up and make it work?

I have been able to use the sl-usb with HRD to Psk-31.  Ive tried to set this up for aprs and had no luck.  It seems the AGW does not receive the packets.  I am using for the setup:  Com2, 9600 baud, soundcard, Kiss Simple, Dual port.  On the sound card setup: 1200 baud for both channels, full duplex, and the USB audio codec.  When I go to the soundcard tuning aid: I see noise then it changes when I can hear the packet on headphones.  I have no idea what this should look like.  Do the 2 bars on the spectrum display show the where the data should be?

If anybody has this nailed down, please give me some idea.

Thanx

AGWPE tuning is touchy. Be sure to turn noise reduction. Check out http://www.kc2rlm.info/soundcardpacket/2agwget.htm. He gives a step by step setup procedure.
