I just reciently re-reviewed the Level I course and it has been improved from the first - very hurried - release.

Take a look at the Communications Guide, Net Participants Guide (in Level I) and the NCS information (in Level II). I think they might answer some of your later questions.

I found the course to be of great value. I did not like the idea of being on line for hours, but, found a cure to that problem. I printed out the lessons (All 20), did the assignments on OFF LINE email and mailed a few lessons in at a time. Only when needed did I log on to the required web sites. The assignments were easily communicated to my mentor and all went well. The only other time I spent on line was to take the test. (Learning Unit 021) I travel a lot and I hold web based training for my company's dealers. I feel this worked very well even though one does have to suffer through the preliminary boring stuff.
