for info on the 24 hour on-the-air Skywarn event co-sponsored by NWS and ARRL. It begins 6pm central (0000 Dec 1, GMT) Friday Nov.30...ends 6pm central Sat Dec 1. Not a normal contest. Many of the NWS offices will have open houses.
