Swam 700CX WARC / CB MOD Help to REVERSE

Hi, All
I have been searching for information on WARC/CB modifcations that might have been done on my 700cx so I Can find and reverse them.

It would seem a previous owner may have attempted such a mods and they did not turn out well.

I have found various capacitors with strange values. 20M in particular seems to be resonating high in the band 14.350. The grids in the finals appear to be fix tuned.

I need some help figuring out what would have been changed and where to look.

Hi,
The input to the finals is the plate tuning of the driver.  For 10 meters C304 (100pf), for 15 meters C305 (27pf) and for 20 meters C306 (50 pf) are the ones that control the tuning.  The driver plate is not fixed tuned, there is a variable ganged with another which tunes the input to the driver and the plate of the driver.  Another possible source of trouble could be in the bandswitch, dirty contacts, bent contacts, burnt contacts, etc.
