I Am installing a rca connector for Heathkit HD-11
Q-multiplier On my Hammarlund HQ-129X.

The instructions for the HD-11 suggest on page 16.  Attaching the center conductor to the PLATE SIDE OF THE INPUT IF TRANSFORMER. or the PLATE CONNECTION OF THE MIXER TUBE AT THE SOCKET.

After Looking at the Schematics and the parts list. the Hammarlund HQ-129X does not have a mixer tube or an input if transformer.

There appears to be a difference in terminology Between the two manuals. I need some help in translation to find the right spot.
Thanks

The "mixer tube" is V2 a 6K8 which is a pentagrid convertor and is both the "local" oscillator and the mixer.  The input side of the IF transformer is connected to the plate.
