You may order a bound copy of NTP8 from lulu.com
At the home page, type Navy Mars in the search box and you will be taken to the book.

The cost is $10.54 plus shipping it is printed on 60# paper with a 100# cover. About the same as the older ARRL handbooks.

There is no profit gained by myself or MARS. You may also download for free the PDF file that is in press quality with embedded fonts. This will allow you to take it to your local printer if you can get a better price.

Fred:

Sounds like a nice service.

Just curious... has NNN0ASA signed off on this method of distribution?

I coordinated it via chain of command with ASA.

I like something I can carry around, and particularly find it difficult to use the computer to read while on the throne. (grin)

Just trying to keep you out of trouble. <gg>

I very much agree with you; I prefer hard copy of many things. My daughter-in-law loves reading books on her PDA. Me, I want the real thing in my hands.

On Lulu.com there is also a copy of "Radio Antenna Engineering" for free.

Its a 32 mb file so it may take a while to download unless you have broadband.

Where are the instructions on the site to download?  After I get the information, the insults to my intelligence can begin, as is the usual procedure when any one has the audacity to ask questions.

When you type NTP in the search box, you will be taken to the publication. Here you can either order a printed copy, or download the PDF file.

If I can be of further assistance, e-mail me direct at nnn0aag@navymars.org
