Hey,

I caught wind that the MARS stations aboard the Marine Corps bases have been shut down. Anyone have info on that?

I worked at NNN0MTP / K6MCA at Twentynine Palms about ten years ago.

Most bases (of all services) no longer have active MARS stations. Same deal for ships.

A smoking section in a restaurant makes as much sense as a peeing section in a swimming pool.
