I send most USA and Canada QSL cards as postcards, but I like to send DX QSL cards in an envelope, with postage included.

I have received some QSL cards in envelopes, and those envelopes exactly fit the standard 3-1/2" x 5-1/2" Cards.  However, I have been unable to locate a source for such envelopes.  Even the printer who makes my QSL cards does not carry them.

Where can I obtain such envelopes?  Thanks.

I use the size '#6 3/4' envelopes, which measure 3-5/8" x 6-1/2".  This envelope goes well inside a standard #10 business size envelope, which measures 4-1/8" x 9-1/2" in size. Both the #10 and the #6 3/4 sizes are available nearly everywhere. I get mine at Wal-Mart.

I have found that there are many hams who don't believe in or know about a supposed "standard" QSL size. Some are too tall for the smaller envelope, some are too long and need the larger one.

Check out the envelopes offered by William J. Plum.  He sells envelopes (regular and air mail) designed to fit inside a slightly larger outer envelope for SASE.  I get them pre-printed with my name and address.
