"Surfing" Ham Radio T-Shirt

A few years back, CQ or QST or one of the other ham publications offered a T-Shirt with an image of a surfer on it with the saying "The Best Waves Are Short Waves".  I would like to find the supplier of these shirts to order one for a friend.  Does anyone have any idea if these T-Shirts are still available anywhere?

The shirts were originally marketed by CQ Magazine.  They were subsequently sold by Champion Radio.  I checked their website:

and they do indeed have a category in their menu selection for "T-Shirts," but it is currently marked as "under construction."  I would drop them an e-mail and see if they are still available.
