I was wondering if there is a way on the Vertex VX-150 to program seperate CTCSS tones for recieving and transmitting?  I can get the recieve frequency and tone programmed, but I can't program a serperate tone for transmitting.

Thanks

yes you can. if i am right, you are trying to get into a repeater with a wierd offset. heres what you do. first set the vfo "a" to the repeater output freq., then set the repeater input on the "b" vfo. then just program in the pl tone you want in each vfo. if you want to put it in the memory then just enter the pl in each freq. before saving it.
