I heard what sounded to me like scrambled voice communications at (8/3/03 22:44 GMT 18.143 Mhz and 8/4/02 01:30 GMT 14.245 Mhz). I can't describe it other than its obviously srambled voice communication with some type of digital signaling at the beginning and the end.  I know RTTY, SSTV, FM, AM, and SSB but not this one. Any ideas?

Check Maritime communications, might be some of their stuff.
