I had a beautiful FULL COLOR wall chart that depicted the entire EM spectrum.

It looked like a "3d" bar chart like the kind you can run from an EXCEL spreadsheet.

It was measured in frequency and had "Lines" that depicted the "bands" i.e "X-rays" "ELF", "VHF" "Visible light" ect..ect...

Mine was a HUGE wallchart that was laminated.

It made an awesome addition to my shack.
I got more comments on it than I did on the "Rig".

I don't know what happened to it..but think It was lost in my move to Oklahoma From Connecticut.

I've been looking for the source of that particular wallchart as well as a good source for other kinds of charts and maps. "World maps", "Amateur freq allocations" ect..ect..

Thanks to all that respond!

I know the one you mean... and perhaps EDMUND SCIENTIFIC might have that one,  However these are equally impressive:

you also might try some school supply outlets. ??

good luck

Hello Wendy.  You may be thinking about the "United Frequency Allocation" "The Radio Spectrum" from the U.S. NTIA, Office of Spectrum Management & printed by the US Government Printing Office.  We have one at work.  Its a colored chart & about 2x3 feet. I think it is availble on the internet from the Gov ptg office for a small fee.

If its the chart from Omega you can go to their website, www.omega.com, and request another one. Just click on the free literature tab at the top of the page and scroll to the bottom. Select your location. Then fill out the request form and they will mail you another one. I think that I have an extra one. I will see if the second one is filed away. The other one is one my office wall.

Thanks...
I had my Husband Submit a request...
He is a Manufacturing Engineer by trade...and we thought it would look better if an Engineer was asking for the chart rather than "Just Another HAM".

Thanks again!
