I'm thinking of putting up signal vertical antennas for each of the bands on my roof like the fire stick type
antennas how far apart should I space them? from each other

Do you mean "single" vertical antennas?

What bands are you referring to?

to solve a lot of problems up front, I would reccommend either a hustler 5 band verticle (5bvt) at HRO for $159 or  a tall vert and lots of radials (home made vert) and a good tuner to bring it in on the other freqs.. you will spend more doing this than you will on the 5bvt.. but look here in the elmers search or on google for Fan Dipole..
